How Leadfacto works

We combine three signals recruiters have never had in one place: 61M+ live job listings from LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and local boards; 200M+ verified decision-makers with emails and mobile phones; and company signals — funding rounds, new offices, tech-stack changes, leadership hires. Our AI then ranks the specific person most likely to own a given hire and drafts the outreach based on real context, not a template.
