Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Leadfacto.ai (the "Service") operated by Leadfacto ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Subscriptions & trial
The Service is offered under Starter, Pro and Team plans. New users may start a 14‑day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. All fees are in EUR and exclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Do not scrape, resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or bypass rate limits.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR and CAN‑SPAM.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the candidate data, CVs and templates you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your content), is owned by Leadfacto and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Third‑party data
Job and company data is sourced from public web providers. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or availability of any third‑party data.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadfacto's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in‑app at least 14 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Paris, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
